Sales Ability/Persuasiveness
Utilizing appropriate interpersonal styles and methods of communication to gain agreement or acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, or product from clientele.
Technical Translation
Converting information from scientific or technical documents and other sources into a communication understandable by laymen.
Technical Profeciency
Level of performance in a technical area.
Tolerance for Stress
Stability of performance under pressure and/or opposition.
Oral fact finding
Ability and willingness to orally seek out information in order to make a more effective presentation.
Tenacity
Staying with a position or plan of action until the desired objective is achieved or is no longer reasonably attained.
Rapport Building
Initial and continuing impact. The ability to meet people easily and to be liked; to get along well with people and to put them at ease. To quickly build rapport through proactive development of close relationships.
Energy
Maintaining a high activity level.
Oral Communication
Effective expression in individual or group situations (include gestures and nonverbal communications).
Written Communication
Clear expression of ideas in writing and in good gramatical form.
Planning and Organizing
Establishes a course of action to accomplish specific long-and short-range goals. Efficient use of time. Personally organized.
Resilience
Handling disappointment and/or rejection while maintaining effectiveness.
Behavioral Flexability
Modifying behavior to reach a goal.
Motivation for Sales
The extent to which activities and responsibilities available in the job overlap with activities and responsibilities that result in personal satisfaction.
